Veronica Saron
v2024 VP of Marketing at RelationalAI

Hi, I'm Veronica. I market AI infrastructure.

Mostly that means explaining very technical products to busy people in a way they'll actually remember. Before this I spent a few years marketing Pokémon GO and I think that makes my range... a lot.

No credit card required. A calendar invite probably is.

Magic Quadrant for range

Pokémon trainers on one axis and data engineers on the other

I've marketed a game to a billion people and a reasoning engine to Snowflake customers. As far as I can tell, not many people end up in that top right box. (I also helped get RelationalAI into an actual Gartner Magic Quadrant. Gartner's methodology is better than mine.)

Release notes for the B2B side

This section covers my business-to-business work. The consumer launches live over in For Players.

  • AddedI led the launch around RelationalAI's recognition in Gartner's inaugural 2026 Magic Quadrant for Decision Intelligence Platforms.
  • AddedI led the strategy behind our 2026 Telecom Snowflake Product Partner of the Year award and the Summit 2026 product launch. SiliconANGLE, SD Times and BigDATAwire covered the launch.
  • AddedI built a bench of 7 executive spokespeople with placements in InfoWorld, CIO and RT Insights.
  • ImprovedI've run our presence at Snowflake Summit two years in a row. I also ran a co-marketing webinar series with Snowflake and an ABM program for Fortune 500 accounts in financial services and telecom.
  • ImprovedOur marketing ops now run on Claude agents and a shared knowledge base. I still check their work.

v2021Mountain View

Neevaenterprise side

  • ImprovedI started in 2021 as a very hands-on Paid Growth Advisor and worked directly with the founders on growth, positioning and launches.
  • ImprovedAt the end of 2022 I became Head of Marketing and reported to CEO Sridhar Ramaswamy. He went on to become Snowflake's CEO.
  • ImprovedI repositioned Neeva as an AI-first company and led the team across community, social, PMM and CX.
  • AddedIn early 2023 I helped shape the go-to-market plan for Neeva for Business. That plan took our search stack to enterprises, publishers and AI companies.
  • AddedPublishers could plug in our search API to power site search with cited sources. Companies could give employees secure search across the web and their own internal docs.
  • AddedAI companies could license our crawl and index as clean data for RAG. In a 2023 deck this sounded a little like science fiction. Now there are whole startups that do nothing else.
  • ImprovedWe tied it all into one revenue flywheel where consumer subscriptions, partner bundles, enterprise seats and data deals all fed search volume back into the index.
  • ShippedI led marketing through Neeva's acquisition by Snowflake in 2023.

Nianticpartnerships for Pokémon GO

  • AddedI helped launch new revenue streams for the game. Alongside subscriptions and ticketed events we sold B2B sponsorships to enterprise and SMB partners.
  • AddedI ran co-marketing with The Pokémon Company and with platforms like Samsung, Google and Apple.
  • AddedI built BD partnerships with fashion, CPG and telecom brands.

Deloittestrategy consulting

  • AddedI did B2B strategy and customer experience consulting for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, hospitality and energy.
  • AddedI worked on go-to-market plans, business cases and event sponsorships. That's where I learned how big companies actually buy things.

BONUS STAGEOlympic Journey

My little brother Mitchell Saron fences sabre for Team USA. In 2012 we went to the London Olympics as fans. Back then making the team was still his dream. Twelve years later he competed in Paris. I ran his marketing and business the whole way there as his manager and agent.

QUEST LOG

  • I built his health and lifestyle content in the leadup to Paris 2024 while he trained.
  • We landed coverage in 60+ outlets like ESPN, The Wall Street Journal, TIME, NBC and Us Weekly.
  • We produced branded content for 12+ companies and brought in six figures in partnership value.
  • I led product development for our electrolyte elixir. That meant market research, distribution planning and a lot of tasting with a food chemist. We handed it out to Team USA athletes in the Olympic Village.
  • I directed the team across PR, marketing, product development and legal.

EDYN, THEN KAYA

Mitchell and I started a wellness business and club together called Edyn. Then a food company with a very similar name sent us a cease and desist. Whoooops. So Edyn became Kaya. Club Kaya is still going. Before the rename we made our own electrolyte elixir and brought it to Paris.
